You can grab them both in the same way as the Kontakt libraries: If you're using Native Access, add the serial number first, then locate the content. If you're using Audiobyte, just get them from the Kontakt website. I'm not sure why Kontakt has them (or doesn't) available in NA. It should be, but they're not.

The AVID and Xfercell are both from the Midas acquisition, which means that they were originally from the original Kontakt libraries. They are not available in Spitfire Kontakt. You'd have to grab them from the Midas website.

Did you add the serial number into Native Access? After that it should show up in your list of Not Installed and then you should be able to point NA to the right folder where you've downloaded the content. It'll show up in Kontakt after that, fingers crossed...

Sorry to hear you are having troubles. In order to install Native Access you must have a serial code to use. I would encourage you to contact the manufacturer and get them to send you a serial code (can be on the box, can be on a website, or even can be printed from inside the box).

I'm having this exact same problem with my Spitfire content.

I've installed the free Native Access and I have added the files into it (the folders in NA).

I have a new Kontakt 5.11 and I've tried to add the files into Kontakt with Native Access and it doesn't work. It says file not found and I can't find anything in my Kontakt library view that would make me think it was there. It's possible I'm missing something.

Has anyone else found a way to do this?

I am running a PC with Windows 7 and Adobe Photoshop CS6. I am wondering how to end the trial period and convert to a full copy of Photoshop CS6. I tried closing down Photoshop, which produced a message telling me to return the disk. I did that, but the same message returned. How can I end this?

Hi Dave,I was able to get my English Indesign CS6 to switch to German. But there is one Problem. The moment I startet Indesign there is the error message that my trial version ends soon altough I bougt a regular Version with correct serial number by an adobe seller. Can anybody help me? 827ec27edc
