WHO WE ARE

Our Roots

Here at Rising Phoenix Initiative, we know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little support. We are determined to make an impact. The members of our board are warriors that have endured the battles of Military Sexual Trauma, Domestic Abuse, Rape, and people otherwise impacted by the effects of these traumatic events. In finding and supporting each other we have made a pledge to rise above our trauma and turn our pain into healing via advocacy and outreach. We are starting with two programs, Rising Phoenix Retreat for Veterans with PTSD related to MST. Our second program is Phoenix Domestic Violence & Rape Outreach with a focus on the civilian and military sector. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.
