
Founder and President of RPI since 2019, Jessica is widely regarded as determined, compassionate, and inspiring—qualities that make her an invaluable leader and member of our organization.

Jessica is a survivor of Military Sexual Trauma and Domestic Violence, experiences that have profoundly shaped her commitment to advocacy and service.
​
After completing her service in the U.S. Army, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Austin Peay State University in 2009. Since then, Jessica has built a diverse and impactful career, serving as a drug and alcohol counselor, reserve police officer, political advisor, Veterans Service Representative, and a dedicated advocate for survivors of PTSD.
