Warrior, Compassionate, Determined . These are just a few of the ways people describe this invaluable member of our team. Jessica is a survivor of both Military Sexual Trauma and Domestic Violence. She got her Bachelor's of Science degree from Austin Peay State University in 2009 with a Major in Psychology after leaving her service in the US ARMY. Since then has worked as a drug and alcohol counselor, a reserve police officer, a political advisor, and been an Advocate for victims of Rape and Domestic Violence. RPI was her vision brought to life.

Beverly Hale joined Rising Phoenix Initiative with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit Organization, and is focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. She is a Survivor of Domestic Abuse!
